Digital Marketing Specialist
Job brief:
We are looking for a qualified Digital media specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing.
Drive domestic and international sales via digital marketing.
Decide on the appropriate placement of ads and determine what content will reach customers.
Develop projects to create content, publish digital marketing content online, implement email marketing campaigns.
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy, creating visual concepts for promotional activities, managing the digital marketing calendar.
Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company, overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content.
Tracking digital marketing performance, creating and updating digital marketing reports to management.
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals, coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, social media, press releases and podcasts).
Manage end-to-end digital projects, establish our web presence to boost brand awareness, maintain a strong online company voice through social media. Monitor ROI and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
Overseeing the digital marketing budget Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in regional performance marketing, working in consumer tech/ecommerce companies is preferable.
Proven experience in using SMM tools, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Data visualization tools & MMP platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skill and sales-driven.
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B and Multivariate Testing techniques, and metrics for ROI analysis.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Must be available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
